Bluesoft Tech Day 2026: How AI and Practical Case Studies Shape the Future of DXP

In May, we held the third edition of our Bluesoft Tech Day conference. While two years ago we were introducing the Xperience by Kentico platform as a hot new product, and last year we focused on its first major advances, this year we concentrated mainly on practice and real implementation. 

The goal was clear – to show real results. We focused on how Xperience by Kentico works in practice on large projects, how artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing our work, and why strategic management of technological debt is the key to success in the digital world.

Where has Xperience by Kentico progressed?

This year in Xperience by Kentico has been marked by technological leaps that fundamentally change the rules for entire digital teams. The most prominent innovations are undoubtedly the artificial intelligence AIRA and its brand new Agentic Marketing Suite. This tool brings specialised AI agents into the platform, who maintain brand consistency for you, handle advanced SEO and GEO optimisation, help identify critical points in customer journeys, and provide detailed analysis of ongoing campaign performance. 

Another major milestone is the deployment of a modern Customer Data Platform (CDP), which smartly unifies data about contacts, members and customers into comprehensive profiles and enables rapid segment creation assisted by artificial intelligence itself

Developers haven’t been left behind either. They’ve received more flexible member role management, persistent Lucene.NET search indexes for smoother cloud operation and an enhanced KentiCopilot assistant, which uses AI to significantly speed up and simplify project migration from older Kentico versions. As a result, we are looking at a much more mature and smarter DXP solution, fully equipped to meet the needs of modern business.

What topics did we cover this year?

The entire day was packed with presentations combining deep technical know-how with real business benefits. The expert programme was structured to appeal to both technology enthusiasts and managers seeking inspiration for developing their projects. 

The conference was officially opened by Petr Lebeda (Sales & Consulting Manager, Bluesoft), who welcomed all guests and outlined the areas and topics of this year’s edition:

  • Vision and Market: David Slavík (Product Strategist, Kentico) was first to speak with the lecture Market trends 2026, outlining where the whole segment of web platforms and DXP is currently headed.
  • Marketing Revolution: Martina Škantárová (Product Manager, Kentico) presented hot new features and demonstrated live the AIRA and Agentic Marketing Suite.
  • Real Case Studies: Practice was given ample room. Jiří Ctibor (E-commerce Director, ELKOV) and Daniel Mega (Project Manager, Bluesoft) detailed the successful ELKOV Elektro Case Study. They were later followed by Pavel Herůfek (Head of Marketing department, MVIA) and Petr Lebeda, who discussed the MVIA HUB and Hamburg Case Studies.
  • Artificial Intelligence in Action: The programme's conclusion was dedicated to AI. David Maixner (Team Leader, Bluesoft) demonstrated how KentiCopilot, as an AI tool, enhances development and management efficiency. The expert block was closed by Ján Zajíc (Data & AI Director, BIQ Group) with his lecture on AI and Data Handling.

This year, the feedback results thrilled us and confirmed we are heading in the right direction. The overall rating for the third Bluesoft Tech Day 2026 reached an impressive 4.9 out of 5 stars. What pleased us most was the rating of the quality of presentations and our speakers, which received a perfect score – a full 5 out of 5.
