Brand new engine for Škoda Auto a.s. recruitment

Requirements

Škoda Auto a.s. is the largest car manufacturer in the Czech Republic and one of the biggest employers. It regularly ranks highly in popularity charts, so it was important to elevate their career portal to a higher level. In 2021, they decided to migrate from the original custom CMS to the standardised headless CMS Kontent.ai to connect SAP and other HR systems with an intuitive user experience and to support the brand's employer branding long-term.

The Škoda Auto career portal has been continuously evolving and expanding since its launch.

It has recently undergone a complete facelift to better match the brand's visual identity, and new features have been added for candidates and the HR team. One of the biggest development steps was the Škoda EDU project. Since January 2023, we have designed the UX/UI and implemented a sub-portal with a friendly and interactive structure, offering educational materials for teaching and self-study, opening new opportunities for everyone interested in a career at Škoda Auto.
