Exceptionally fine-tuned brick-and-mortar stores have been the foundational strategy of their customer service and they decided to extend this care to the modern environment of e-commerce as well. We have been there to help them make it happen.

New age, new solution. The beginning of the pandemic drastically sped up the modernization of many.

The old internal solution for ecommerce at Potten & Pannen was becoming a bit outdated. Main requirement for the new platform was reliability and speed of service, so that the integration between Kentico and an external product & category editing program would work seamlessly. The next requirement was content customizability and ease of use, both of which Kentico excels at.
