Pietro Filipi is a traditional Czech fashion brand building its success on top-quality clothes designed by their own designers. Although PF still mostly sells through their physical stores, after the new e-shop was launched online sales became popular with new and existing customers very quickly.
The task was clear: to launch a new e-shop by the start of the 2017 spring season
We started with implementation analysis for the new e-shop during the time of the original brand owner and founder, Pietro Filipi. After the company was sold and a new team appeared, things happened much faster. The development schedule was shorter and we had 4 months to bring the e-shop to life. We had to bite the bullet sometimes, but finally, and thanks to close cooperation with the client's team, we launched the e-shop on time.
